Chris began his incredible entrepreneur journey at the age of 14! He began with a filming and production company that started in his home town filming events here and there. He transitioned to sporting events, eventually growing it nationwide. Chris and Sharon dive into how this experience built a solid framework of creating systems and implementing them with over 300 contractors across the US. Upon the success of his film and production company, Chris found himself consulting in friends’ businesses. While consulting he realized the need for helping busy entrepreneurs and businesses implement processes for onboarding and training employees. He launched the Beta test app of Trainual and after less than a year realized the explosive need companies had for training like this and in 2018 went all in.
After helping hundreds of entrepreneurs create scalable systems and processes in 2013 with his consulting firm, Organized Chaos, Chris developed a passion for helping business leaders find the time to do more of what they love leading him to find Trainual. Chris is the founder and CEO of Trainual where he has created systems to document and delegate business processes. Trainual is a leading SAS company that helps fast-growing businesses automate their onboarding and training by documenting and streamlining processes and policies.
