Here's how it goes

Our goal is to make the search and hiring process as simple, streamlined, and stress-free as possible. Start by checking our job board to see if there’s a job that’s right for you. 

If we have a match, a member of The Finders team will get in touch to learn more about what you are looking for and what makes you uniquely qualified for the position.

We’ll get your information in front of the right people – true decision-makers at the employer. Your resume is delivered directly to the hiring leader for that specific role.

You’ll head into the interview confident you know everything possible about the job and the employer, so you know what to expect, can be confident it’s the right fit, and are prepared to impress the interviewer.

We coordinate interviews with the employer, walk you through the entire process and even help negotiate the offer. We want to keep it as fast and easy as possible while still ensuring we find the right match.
