We’re based in Phoenix, but we recruit throughout Arizona and nationwide. We have a fully remote business model, so we’re not limited by geography.

The more information you can provide, the better. A job description is an excellent start. If it’s an existing position, it will help to know what made the last employee successful or unsuccessful in the role. Also, the more we know about the position, the better the job we can do telling candidates about the job.

It can vary, depending on the complexity of the role and the rarity and demand for candidates with relevant qualifications. We’ll do our best to fill the position as quickly as possible, but we’ll never sacrifice quality for speed.
