Sharon Bondurant
Founder and CEO

As the multi-award-winning owner of Arizona’s leading recruiting firm, Sharon is living proof that passion, persistence, and positivity pay off. In 1998, her firstborn son inspired her to launch the company from her bedroom floor with a FAX, a phone book, and a stack of index cards. Today she and her team remain relentless in their search to find long-term technology professionals, HR leaders, and corporate recruiters for companies in need. And Sharon’s two sons continue to drive her why as her vision expands into career coaching, a podcast, and more.

Eric Posner

Her sophisticated follow-through and rapport-building skills help companies with urgent hiring needs find the right direct-hire, contract to hire, and contract HR and IT professionals. Brian Dallmann

After graduating from Pensacola Christian College, Brian Dallmann began his career in Accounting and Finance recruitment, but quickly expanded his expertise by developing deep, quality relationships with both clients and candidates.
Driven by a passion for understanding needs and doing the right thing, Brian has a knack for uncovering client requirements that often go unnoticed— ensuring the perfect match every time. It’s this dedication to quality and integrity that makes Brian a perfect fit for our team.
Guided by a passion for helping people achieve their goals, Brian has built his career on persistence and a belief that the next win can change someone’s life.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, playing and watching sports, and catching up on great TV shows (no reality shows allowed!).

Known for her heart-centered and collaborative approach, she’s a people-first recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at crafting winning sourcing strategies.
Lily focuses on direct placements for C-suite and executive roles, emphasizing cultural alignment and strategic fit to build cohesive leadership teams. She also has a strong background in healthcare recruiting.

Sonya Mead
Senior Talent Finder and Account Manager
Sonia Mead has over fifteen years of recruiting experience having specialized as a technical sourcer for over ten years. Her recruiting style can best be described as direct and personalized.
Sonia started her career in Human Resources working as a generalist for the hospitality and biomedical industries. Her career then pivoted into technical recruiting and client facing project management for CareerBuilder Sourcing Solutions for nine years, where she touched every industry imaginable. The journey continued into technical sourcing/recruiting for several companies until covid and a layoff happened. Sonia swiftly pivoted into Career Coaching, taking years of recruiting experience to help candidates navigate the job market. While still maintaining a small handful of coaching clients, the focus is now continuing the passion for helping growing companies find exceptional candidates.
She has a passion for recruiting by getting to the heart of what people need, matching the right talent with the right role and seeing the true impact the connection makes for all involved. She prides herself in being honest and empathetic while providing feedback throughout the job search. Sonya enjoys cooking, hiking, road trips, spending time with her husband, son, two dogs, and two cats. She also loves remodeling her home which seems like a never-ending project.
Sarah Hohn
Senior Talent Finder and Account Manager
Sarah Hohn graduated from Grand Canyon University and has been recruiting since 2020. Her recruiting style is holistic, and relationship driven.
Sarah’s experience in the recruiting world started in the fintech industry as a Sourcer. She quickly pivoted into more of a full-life-cycle recruiter during my early career working within Talent Acquisition. She has scaled companies Talent Acquistion Departments from the ground up, created and implemented helpful HR procedures, and built processes to holistically support and connect with candidates.
Sarah’s “superpower” recruiting skills are strategic matchmaking and intuitive candidate assessment. She believes that it is essential to align the business needs with the candidate’s potential to ensure a long-term fit. Being able to intuitively assess candidates ensures we are uncovering true talents and potential.
Her candidates have always appreciated the strong relationship-building skills and the ability to holistically carry them through a recruiting process. This means connecting, understanding a candidates’ story, and aligning them with a career/job that will positively impact their life. In her spare time, she loves to spend time travelling, hiking, and crafting.
