I have had the pleasure of partnering with Donna Dietrich at AZ TechFinders for the last couple of years on various HR positions we have had open; both full-time positions and temporary assignments. Donna and her team take the time to understand the job requirements and fully screen candidates prior to submitting for review. With this, the candidates that are presented from AZ TF are fully vetted, understand the position and if applicable; know the details of the assignment. Donna and her team love taking on the challenging positions for us (various HRIS roles) and I am happy to say that with the help of AZ TF, we are fully staffed within our HR function!! Donna is the consummate professional and takes client service to a new level; she also has a great sense of humor! While I know AZ TechFinders has been talking ‘nerdy’ since 1998, they should add ‘talking HR-y too’…!
